01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the CKB Bet platform, including its website, mobile application, and all services provided by CKB Bet to Malaysian users. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the CKB Bet platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these CKB Bet Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the CKB Bet platform immediately. CKB Bet reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. 02 Eligibility & Account Registration

• Has full legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
• Not be prohibited or blacklisted from participating in gambling activities under any applicable law or regulation.
• Not currently experiencing a gambling problem that could cause harm to yourself or your family.

CKB Bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. If you are unable to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe, CKB Bet reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any balance until verification is complete.

Registration Process

During the CKB Bet account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. 03 CKB Bet User Account

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) CKB Bet account only. This includes one account per individual, per email address, per mobile number, per IP address, and per device. If CKB Bet detects more than one account held by the same individual, CKB Bet reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings therein without any compensation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your CKB Bet username and password. CKB Bet recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your CKB Bet account login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure you log out of your CKB Bet account after each session, especially on shared devices.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

06 Game Rules

The general game rules applicable to all CKB Bet game categories are as follows:

• The outcome of all CKB Bet games is final once a round is completed. No appeals may be made against settled game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, CKB Bet reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager to the player.

Any changes to a sporting event already wagered on (such as postponement or cancellation of a match) will be handled in accordance with the CKB Bet sports betting rules applicable to that event type.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CKB Bet platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or exploit errors in CKB Bet's gaming or payment systems.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automation scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that performs actions automatically on your behalf on the CKB Bet platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the CKB Bet platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using false information solely to claim multiple bonuses from CKB Bet.
• Hacking: Any attempt to access another person's CKB Bet account or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure Upon Own Request

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

CKB Bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of any material changes via registered email or in-platform notification, though this does not constitute an absolute obligation on CKB Bet's part.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
